W Residences (formerly Alef) is an ultra luxury development currently underway on the western crescent on Palm Jumeirah. Occupying a huge 500,000 sq ft of land the finished product will be adjacent to the W Hotel Palm Jumeirah. Compromising of two buildings the Alef Residences are broken up into 8 mansions. Each will come with its own dedicated parking, lobby and lift entrance.
